Question - Binding Decision?
We have ten people on our committee, how many of them need to respond to for a decision to be considered to be binding?
Please reply to each post individually, you do this by;
1. Clicking on the word comment at the bottom of the post 2. A small box will 'pop up', you can read other peoples reply’s and then make your own reply 3. Put your first name at the bottom of your post 4. Type in the word verification 5. Click on the 'name/url' option 6. Type your name in 'name' box 7. Finish by clicking on ‘Publish Your Comment’.
Please do not just reply to the email message as this comes to me personally rather than to the blog, and I will not always have the time to post them for you.

I suggest six. I think it definitely needs to be more than half. More would be good, but is that practical?
Five, but do allow a week. If they can’t reply in that time they are only holding up everyone else.
I am still wondering what the big deal is to have responses in one week? Do we really have urgent matters to decide on?

I suggest six or seven at present while we are setting this committee up then when we have got most things set up we re-look at this question.
I would suggest a quorum of six persons for a vote to be binding.
