Question - Lack of Response = Assent?
If someone does not respond to a question or vote do we consider that they have agreed or do we consider them to have abstained, or to disagree?
I suggest we consider a non-resonse as an abstain in a practical sense. However, it would be good when tallying votes to note how many are formal abstains and how many are non-votes/responses.
Please reply to each post individually, you do this by;
1. Clicking on the word comment at the bottom of the post 2. A small box will 'pop up', you can read other peoples reply’s and then make your own reply 3. Put your first name at the bottom of your post 4. Type in the word verification 5. Click on the 'name/url' option 6. Type your name in 'name' box 7. Finish by clicking on ‘Publish Your Comment’.
Please do not just reply to the email message as this comes to me personally rather than to the blog, and I will not always have the time to post them for you.

I agree if people don't answer we take this as an abstain.
